Marisa finds joy in both simple country living and the fast-paced world of mortgages. At home, she cares for her dog and chickens — a routine that keeps her grounded and reminds her of the importance of patience and consistency. Professionally, she brings 4 years of mortgage processing experience, giving her a strong understanding of the loan process and a passion for helping families achieve homeownership. Whether tending to her animals or guiding borrowers, Marisa approaches everything she does with dedication, responsibility, and care.

Nichole is a proud wife and mom of four — three boys and one sweet little girl who is the caboose of the family. Since 2008, she has been building her career in mortgage lending, where she has developed a true passion for processing loans and helping families achieve their dream of homeownership. She loves every part of the process and takes pride in making each step as smooth and stress-free as possible.
At home, Nichole’s world is full of love and laughter with her husband, children, and two Frenchies who keep life playful and fun. Her balance of dedication, family values, and years of experience make her someone both clients and colleagues know they can trust.
Falon Seiuli
Loan Officer Assistant
Falon Seiuli has been in the mortgage industry since 2010, starting as an Assistant Processor before quickly advancing to Processor within her first year. In 2021, she transitioned into the role of Loan Coordinator, reviewing files prior to processing, and since 2024 she has been serving as a Loan Officer Assistant. With over a decade of experience, Falon brings knowledge, precision, and dedication to every client’s journey.
Outside of work, Falon treasures time with her family. She is a proud wife, mother of three adult children, and a grandmother. Whether at the beach, enjoying outdoor activities, or watching football, she values every moment spent with her loved ones.
